Rex is hired to track down the whereabouts of a particular vase, which has emotional value to his customer. When Rex arrives are the location of the planet that the vase should be on, though, he finds the planet apparently not there. While trying to figure out what's going on, Rex's ship is shot down by a cloaked spaceship, causing him to crash into the planet (Which was in fact there, but somehow made to be invisible).
While trying to figure out what happened, and more importantly where the vase is, he finds out the planet is entirely inhabited by women. As it turns out, there was a major battle of the sexes,. which was eventually won by the women. Because all men on the planet were killed, they invented a machine that would allow one of them to briefly switch sexes, thus helping them reproduce in order to preserve the species.
The game itself is a standard point-and-click adventure, featuring some (at the time) innovative tech.
